How do I get started with Trace Case?
Create your account and start building caseboards right away — no installation, no credit card. The free plan gives you access to the core tools so you can see how Trace Case fits into your workflow before committing to Pro.
What do I get on Pro that I don't get on Free?
On Free you can create and export as many cases as you want (PNG with watermark), but nothing is saved to the cloud — work stays in the browser session only. Pro unlocks cloud saving, patient-linked cases, a portfolio gallery with a public page, quotes with patient link and PDF, HD PDF without watermark, and monthly AI credits. It's built for dentists who want to close more cases and build a visual track record of their work.
Can I share my portfolio and quotes with patients?
Yes — on Pro. Publish a case page (link-in-bio, Google, or WhatsApp) and, in Caseboard, build a quote with the visual plan: send a read-only link or generate a professional PDF. Patients see everything on their phone, with no editing.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes. All AI tools are available to test on the free plan so you can see the results before upgrading. When you're ready, Pro is available as an annual or monthly plan — straightforward pricing, no surprises.
Does the AI actually work on real clinical photos?
Yes — and that's exactly what it was built for. The AI tools are designed for clinical use: X-rays, intraoral photos, and facial shots taken with a phone or camera. No studio lighting required.
Does Trace Case store my patient images?
On Free, nothing is saved to the cloud: you can create and export with a watermark, but the case is not stored — only in the browser session. On Pro, cases are saved to the cloud and linked to each patient.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Patient data is encrypted and stored securely. We don't share, sell, or use your clinical images for any purpose outside of delivering the tools to you.
